The Thing About Fear

Fear.

It can drag us down or make us strong.

We decide.

It is often the things we’ve never taken the time to learn that we fear doing:

Starting a business, exams at school or, for me, riding a bike.

No matter where you’re at in life, there is always more to learn.

So, at 16 years of age, perhaps 10 years late, I learnt to ride a bike.

It was difficult, and scary, and I fell off. A lot.

But thats the BEAUTY of facing your fears and always learning – no matter how much you fail, in the end you can do something you never thought you could.

And that’s pretty amazing.

So do it.

Whatever you’ve always wanted to.

Just do it.

And that’s all there is to it.

Until next week, I love you all!

“Fear doesn’t shut you down, it wakes you up.” I love this! No one else makes riding a bike look so good X
